Notes of a Pharaoh is Pete Powerz at his most reflective, commanding, and personal—a 14-track journey through life, hip-hop, struggle, growth, love, survival, and legacy.

Raised on Morris Avenue in the Bronx, Pete Powerz has built his music around a “real life, no fiction” philosophy, transforming the experiences that shaped him into sharp lyricism, vivid storytelling, and unapologetic New York hip-hop. His style draws inspiration from artists such as Nas, Jadakiss, and Raekwon while maintaining the animated delivery and wordplay that have become part of his own identity.

The concept behind Notes of a Pharaoh goes deeper than the royal imagery. The project was created as a musical collection of the lessons, wisdom, pain, victories, and observations Pete Powerz gathered throughout his journey from a troubled youth into adulthood. The official album booklet describes it as a lyrical anthology meant not only to tell his story, but to show that growth and transformation are possible even when life begins in adversity.
